ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING WITH Zac Tudor ‘Urban Greening in Sheffield‘ live lecture

The Friends’ AGM will commence at 10.00am in the Dorothy Fox Centre in the Botanical Gardens and is open to all members. Zac Tudor will deliver his talk following the formal part of the meeting.

Zac Tudor’s creative work has been founded around 23 years of leading the practical application of beautiful urban landscapes that help bring people and nature together.

His focus is on creating healthy resilient towns and cities. He uses urban greening and blue infrastructure to create adaptive urban centres which develop multifunctional roles that help benefit people, the environment, and biodiversity. His designs help encourage economic regeneration while working to enrich the quality of place, maintain an historic identity, and above all, work towards a healthier and more liveable town and city approach.

Zac worked as Landscape Architect with Sheffield City Council for many years where he was responsible for various innovative planting schemes in the city, including the award-winning ‘Grey to Green’ in Sheffield city centre.
