Call for Proposals

Laura, the education co-ordinator for the Gardens, is looking to fund sessions and resources to supplement our existing educational programme. She’s inviting education providers, creatives & other professionals to submit proposals for two streams of work.

One is for proposals for new courses, workshops, and sessions that embed learning on site or about the site, especially with a focus on the Botanical Gardens, nature and horticulture.

The other is for proposals for resources that can be downloaded for free from the Gardens website, for learners of all ages and abilities, and that link specifically with Sheffield Botanical Gardens and with learning about nature, horticulture, and heritage.

If this sounds like something you might be interested in, please get in touch with Laura on laura.alston@sheffield.gov.uk for more information.

If you know others who may be interested, please share.

The education programme is funded largely by the National Lottery Heritage Fund, with thanks to national lottery players.
