Friends at the Pollen Market

Pollen is an Inner-City Flower Market: a celebration of all things botanical. Happening on the third Sunday of every month, it offers greenery, live music and art, local produce and more, celebrating the vibrant city of Sheffield and its people.

The Friends of the Botanical Gardens will be running a stall at the May Pollen Market. It’ll be a chance to learn about the new education programme for the Gardens from the co-ordinator Laura, as well as picking up information about the Gardens, the Friends and our volunteering opportunities, and perusing a carefully curated selection of cards, vintage books and a few plants for sale. Come and say hello!

You can find the Pollen Market overlooking the river Don at Grey To Green in Castlegate, between Waingate and Yorkshire Artspace. The postcode is S3 8LB.

The Pollen Market is made possible by support and funding from Sheffield City Council’s Economic Recovery Fund.
